1st Brunswick Heads Scout Group

WELCOME TO
1ST BRUNSWICK HEADS SCOUT GROUP

Brunswick Heads Scouts recognises the Arakwal People, of the Bundjalung nation, Traditional Custodians of the land on which our Scout Hall is located and on which our events take place.  We pay tribute to the unique role and culture of the Arakwal people in the life of this region.  We encourage our scouts and families to acknowledge our Indigenous communities at all public and significant events.

Thanks for showing interest in becoming a Cub or Scout with 1st Brunswick Heads. Our next Cubs/Scouts meeting will be Wednesday 16th February 2022.

Please take some time to read through the information provided to you on this website.

New children can try out our program for 3 weeks before they need to decide if they want to join. If at that point your child decides not to join, you will not be charged any fees. If they do decide to join then they will need to purchase a uniform and chat with their leader about getting “invested” to Scouts. At this time they will get their investment badges, Scout or Cub Book and scarf.

THE NEW SCOUTS PROMISE AND LAW

Scouts adopt a code of living that is known as the Scout Law. One of the most important aspects of the Scout Law is that members voluntarily undertake to live by it. The Scouting program is designed to help members to learn how to keep their promise.
